About us
Founded in 2002 by adoptive
parent Elizabeth Mallory, NCLO has grown from what was essentially
Elizabeth delivering supplies to children in orphanages in South
East Asia, to a worldwide organization of volunteers, projects, and
programs focused on helping children in need.
NCLO's mission is two-fold:

To provide supplies and
services to ensure the basic survival needs of orphaned and
impoverished children are met
-
To bring forth a caring and
compassionate family environment where orphaned and impoverished
children can grow to become productive and positive members of
society
