NCLO Team Members Elizabeth Mallory (Founder/Director) and Sandi Smith (Onsite Operations Director, Cambodia) will be making a tour of the USA this October to talk about Cambodia and the charity's work.

The purpose of the tour is to fundraise for the expansion of the NCLO Children's Home and Educational Center including the launch of NCLO's school, expansion of educational programs to include children at outreach facilities, bringing additional children into the NCLO Children's Home, and capital fundraising for the building of a future facility.
